Apple picking at Lynd’s
As our final “fall” activity, we went to Lynd’s Fruit Farm. We try to go every year at the end of October because that’s when the Gold Rush apples are ready – and I love them. We met a friend and her son there on a late Friday morning, and since it’s not far from Lo’s work, he was able to take his lunch break and join us.
When we got there, we walked through the market while I picked up a bunch of stuff…apple butter, Gold Rush applesauce, etc. Then we headed to the orchard for some picking.
Again, he ate a million apples while we were there. We filled our bags and hung out with Jenson’s buddy and his mom for awhile.
And this picture cracks me up…Jenson is looking at Lo like he just said something ridiculous.
