Friday iPhone Dump: Before Christmas

So I got behind on my photo “dumps”.  Shocker, right?!  Well, I don’t really want to skip over a few weeks, so I’m back-tracking and will probably eventually (maybe?) catch up.  Luckily, I’m only a couple of photo posts behind.

Jen at Ramblings of a Suburban Mom hosts a Friday iPhone Dump linkup and its a fun way to post a few (or bunch) pictures from the week.  I switched my date range to Monday-Sunday because it wasn’t working for me to try to get the pictures up from the night before on Friday. So this post covers 10 days instead.

December 13 – 22, 2013

1.  Sweet baby smiles in the morning – one of the things I miss most about being home everyday with Jenson.  I take a pic when he woke up for the day and send it to Lo.  ML sends one to us now, but nothing compares to being there with him.2.  Crib naps!  I love that we can take pics from our monitor.  We have a Foscam Network Cam and can view the feeds on our phones or laptops when we are at home and take pics right from the app.

3. – 6. Pictures with Santa at Oakland Nursery!  We had already taken Jenson to Lowe’s, but we wanted to go here too because we could bring Boof.  She loved it there.  If you look to the right of the second picture, there’s a cat laying there!  I just saw this even though I’ve looked at these several times AND put it on our Christmas card (they have mouser cats at the nursery).

7.  Jenson hadn’t been very interested in his swing until I put him in it this night while Lo was putting up the Christmas tree.  Every time the lights would change color on the mobile, he would make a super-excited expression like this.
8.  Boof posing with the tree.  She’ll do anything for a tiny piece of carrot.

9.  Week 10 pictures!  He was so smiley for these pictures!  It was really hard to pick the best one!
10.  He wasn’t as thrilled with wearing the frog stuff, but it’s so cute!

11.  More happy baby pictures!
12.  I couldn’t stop taking pictures of Jenson is Lo’s cradle near the Christmas tree – it just seemed so perfect.  (there will be more to follow….)

13.  Loving the swing again!
14.  Salted caramels that I made for a bake sale and for Christmas.  They were SO good.  I drizzled chocolate on them to decorate them and they looked amazing.  I don’t think I took pics of any of the other goodies that I made (and I made quite a few)!  It’s a shame, but I finished most of them the night before the bake sale, and I was an emotional wreck about going back to work the next day, so taking pics was the last thing on my mind.

15.  Our first FULL family photo.  We started finally thinking about our Christmas card and realized we didn’t have any photos with the 4 of us!  We had ML snap a quick picture after we got home from work. That’s why we look dressed up and Jenson is wearing jammies.
16.  Again, with the cradle/tree.

17.  Jenson hanging out with his new best friend Braxton.  These two are going to have so much fun together!
18.  Home after work with my baby that first hard week back. 🙂

19.  Boof hanging out with HER best friend, Braxton.  He was sharing his Cheerios.  He is a very popular kid around these parts!
20.  Trying out the Bumbo seat.  He head was still a little too unstable, so he just spent a minute in there with me right with him.

21.  Meeting Claudia and Mary – they are going to have a baby girl this spring and I’m so excited for them!
22.  Looks like a bad dream 🙁

23. – 25.  Week 11 pics!  He was more surly for all of the pics, so it was harder to get a smiley one.  The first one is about the only one I got.  My mom made him that cute bear hat.  It has a little diaper cover with it too, but those pictures didn’t turn out as well.  My sister made him the Santa hat (that he’s worn in several pics already.

26.  Watching football is tiring!
27.  Sweet sleepy smiles.  He always breaks into this smile right after he falls asleep.  I love watching him fall asleep because he alternates between this and a pouty/sad face before he finally goes to sleep.
