(Late) Friday Photo Favorites: April 21-28, 2014

Jen at Ramblings of a Suburban Mom hosts a Friday Photo Favorites linkup and its a fun way to post a few (or bunch) pictures from the week.

I’m SOOOO late on these pics – like 2 weeks+.  But I’ve had them picked out and just haven’t had time to get the post together with stuff going on around here and vacation.  But I didn’t want to skip out on these because I’ve done so many subsequent weeks…and they’re cute!

1. After Jenson’s tongue and lip tie revisions with Dr. Notestine (near Dayton).  The procedures went really well and the Dr. was very kind and reassuring.  He was hurting a little for a couple of days, but overall it was fairly minor and seemed to have worked well.

3. Bathtime! This seat made it hard to wash him, so we usually use the infant sink in the tub, but now that he’s playing more, we should try it again.
4. He was exhausted after his bath and fell asleep before I could even dry him off.

5. Yeah, he’ll hate me for this…but it’s SO cute!  He didn’t wear it on Easter because it was so warm that day, but I put it on him on a chilly rainy day the next week.

7. Facetime with his cousin Max!  They’ve since met and we had a great time.
8. Lo figured out how comfy a boppy is as a pillow.

9. I think this is his first time sitting in the grass.  He was very focused on it and I couldn’t even get him to look up to get his picture.

17. He wasn’t fussing because Boof was sniffing his foot, but it looks like she’s sniffing his butt and he’s scared, lol

19. Lo was re-enacting a pic from when he was tiny- and he looks so skinny here! You can count his ribs!

21.-23. 29 weeks!!!
24. Napping in his crib with his security blanket.  Crib naps are rare, but so nice because I don’t worry about staying in the same or a nearby room, like when he naps in other places.

25.- 28.  He was fussing until he saw the camera and then was a total poser!

29. – 36.  He has a ton of different expressions and was cracking me up.  I took about 30 pictures like this because he was being so cute. I couldn’t narrow it down to less than eight.

37. Eating avocado.  I found that if I left 1/2 of the skin on, he’s able to pick it up and gnaw on it without biting off a huge chunk.  He still makes a big mess of it and doesn’t get much in his mouth, but it’s just for fun.
38. – 39. I had these mini peppers, so I made cheesy stuffed mini peppers and they were great!  Lo grilled them while he was making burgers.  They were easy enough (and I still had more peppers) that I made them again a few days later.
