Friday Photo Favorites: April 7-13, 2014
Jen at Ramblings of a Suburban Mom hosts a Friday Photo Favorites linkup and its a fun way to post a few (or bunch) pictures from the week.
Once again, I didn’t get things posted on time, 1/2 of our house came down with the flu. Boof and I were spared. Because I’m sure you don’t want to miss out on a week of cuteness, here goes!
1. Straining to see what I was doing in the other room
2. Adorableness
3. Hanging with Boofy. You can bet she was bribed to sit there
4. Checking out his feet
5. First food! Steamed carrot pieces per Baby Led Weaning.
6. He put one in his mouth and started sucking on it really hard and we got scared that he was going to suck the whole thing down so we chickened out and mush it up for him to try that way.
7. I put the mushed carrots on the the training spoon and he happily sucked on it.
8. Carrots on his nose! I don’t know if he actually ate any. He’s not terribly interested in eating, so we’re just dabbling with food until he’s interested.
9. Six month dr. appt! 15 lbs, 8 oz, 25 1/2 inches. Still a little guy, but happy and healthy. He looks so chunky to us – I can’t imagine how big he’d look if he were 90% instead of 13%!
10. He ignored this toy on his car seat for months until we told someone he didn’t like it and that we should take it off. Ever since then, he plays with it every time he’s in his seat. But really, look at that cute outfit!
11. On his way to a birthday party – looking snazzy.
12. After a walk. Sometimes it’s easier to just wheel the stroller in and let him sleep.
13. Sitting like a big boy
14. …and down
15. I’ll just stay down here
16. …and chew on this toy
17. Baseball season. I don’t care so much about baseball (though I used to follow the Pirates), so Jenson gets to be a fan of Lo’s team.
18. Surprise face
19. I don’t know what this face is all about
20. But this is the normal face he makes when he sees the camera.
25. Tasty dinner of frog legs
26. I can’t believe how big he’s getting.
27. This was just funny – he’s not squeezing him so I don’t know why it looks like he’s in a choke hold.
28. I’m bored – get me out!
29. – 32. He learned how to roll over and then forgot for a month or so, so Lo had him in rolling over bootcamp so he could relearn. It was a struggle, but he can do it again.
33. So sweet.34. Snacking on some carrots in a mesh feeder. I’m not sure if anything really came through, but he liked sucking on it and was at least getting the flavor.
35. Before he noticed the camera.
36. Hamming it up after he saw the camera!
37. I love his little dimpled knuckles in this picture.
38. And baby toes.
39. Laughing at dad
40. Playing with Gracie again. She’s all over the place and he loves watching her move around.
