Sunday Social: Fall Times!

It’s Sunday Social day where Ashley and Neely post questions each week for people to answer on their blogs and a linkup.  This week’s questions are all about fall (my favorite)!

1. What is your favorite fall activity?  Watching football!

2. Do you follow a football team? If so, which one and why? Ohio State University and the Pittsburgh Steelers!

3. What is something fun about fall in your area?  Columbus is a football town, so there’s always a lot of excitement over the Buckeyes.  Fall is pretty sweet in Ohio too – the cool, crisp air, apple picking, etc.  Goldrush apples are the best and only available for a couple of weeks, so I love to go pick them.  This picture was a joke, but it’s funny.

4. What are your favorite fall staple outfits?  Jeans, sweaters, and my gray motorcycle-style boots (or Tom’s).  I also wear a lot of Buckeye and Steelers gear.  I’ve never claimed (nor could ever claim) to be stylish.  This year, I’ll wear the same things, just the maternity version (and my new maternity jeans and Steeler’s shirt just arrived this weekend!).

5. What things are you looking forward to most about this coming fall season?  I’m having a baby!!!  October 15thish.

6. What is your favorite fall holiday? Tradition?  I do enjoy Halloween.  I decorated our house a lot last year and it was a lot of fun to do.  Who knows how much I’ll get done (if any) with decorating this year, but I still enjoy it and love to get trick-or-treaters now that we have a house and live in a neighborhood (versus an apartment without kids).  It was raining last year for trick-or-treat, but we had a couple friends over and got several trick-or-treaters, so it was a good time anyway.  I had a little too much fun decorating the table one night.
