Sunday Social: Pet Peeves and more
It’s Sunday Social day where Ashley and Neely post questions each week for people to answer on their blogs and a linkup.
1. What is your biggest driving pet peeve?
Just one, lol? Probably people not using their turn signal – whether turning or switching lanes. After that would be driving in the left lane when people are waiting behind them. Next up would be riding their brakes or braking for no reason (just take your foot off the gas to slow down a little!).
2. Biggest Blogging pet peeve?
When people post pictures that are too large and you have to scroll sideways to see the picture or read the post. Or too many pictures. Or when you have to log in to google or something else to leave a comment.
3. Biggest general pet peeve?
When people are oblivious to what’s going on around them – whether they’re driving, walking, etc. You know, grocery carts taking up the whole aisle, turning around and walking without looking to see if they’re going to plow into someone else, changing lanes or pulling out without looking, walking around a corner in a busy area without expecting anyone else to be there, etc.
4. What is your most irrational fear?
That someone is in the house at night, even when it’s pretty impossible. It’s been a lifelong thing and I think that it’s more that I dream it and then I can’t tell reality from dreams – which is a pretty common thing for me because my dreams are so vivid.
5. 3 celebrities you’d want to have dinner with?
Again, I don’t care that much about celebrities and don’t feel the need to be friends with them. Musicians and athletes are really the only ones that I’d want to spend much time with – maybe they’d play some music for me. I guess Elton John, Damien Rice, and Mike Birbiglia (he’s a comedian but is hilarious).
