Sunday Social: Summer Loving

It’s Sunday Social day where Ashley and Neely post questions each week for people to answer on their blogs and a linkup.  This week’s questions are random ones about Summertime fun.  This has certainly been quite a different summer for me, covering my 6-8 months of pregnancy.  And honestly, my summers will never be the same as they were before, but it’ll be worth it.

1. What was your favorite trip/vacation/activity this summer?
We didn’t take anymore trips after Vegas in Spring.  I’d have to say my baby shower here with the gender reveal and when we went to my parents earlier in the month.  And it’s been kinda crazy watching my belly grow.  I feel like I was so skinny before (even though I was never skinny)!

2. What was your favorite outfit look/clothing item of the summer?
Lol….maternity capri jeans or shorts.  I’ve been quite stylish.  Actually, my “real” favorite clothing item(s) are my pj gaucho pants to wear in the evening.

3. What is one thing you wish you’d gotten to do this summer?
Drink a poolside margarita (or any poolside adult beverage).  It’s worth waiting for for next summer though.  Otherwise…travel somewhere.  We could have, but we had a lot to do at the house, very little free time, and it didn’t seem worth spending the money on a random trip.

4. What was your favorite song of the summer?
I don’t know that I have one.  I’m not even sure what’s new….I pretty much listen to NPR or sports talk in the car, and then the Lumineers Pandora station at work.

5. What was your favorite movie/tv show of the summer?
Breaking Bad!  This final 1/2 season is crazy!  I’m also loving watching the seasons of Friday Night Lights.
