Weekly Workout: Feb. 16 – Feb. 22
This is probably my worst workout week in a long time, but sometimes life happens and things just don’t work out for one reason or another. As long as it isn’t due to laziness, I can’t be mad about it. Now Boof? She’s lazy.

Sunday, February 17
- 4:40 p.m. – Volleyball league: I’m playing in a Sunday volleyball league for the next couple of weeks. I took the place of someone who go too pregnant to dive. It’s a fun league because it’s competitive, but not super serious. We lost all 5 games and no one was even mad about it. We were playing with a slightly flat ball so it hurt pretty bad to pass hard hits/serves. I have 5 or so bruises on my forearm – all the same arm, so clearly my platform isn’t as even as it should be.
Monday, February 18
- Noon – Nothing: We had the day off, but we ran errands and took Boof to the dog park for a bit.
Tuesday, February 19
- Noon – Nothing
- 7:20 p.m. – Volleyball: We won all three, but the team we were playing kind of sucked, so it wasn’t a very hard game.
Wednesday, February 20
- Noon – Quadburner Workout: I finally got through this workout without my right quad crapping out. I was pretty shaky for a couple of hours afterwards, so it was still hard, but I wasn’t terribly sore the next day. Again, the workout is 100 jump rope, 90 second wall sit, 80 squats, 70 bridge lifts, 60 second plank, 50 single dead lifts, 40 back lunges, 30 situps, 20 jump squats, 10 burpees.
Thursday, February 21
- Noon – Nothing
Friday, February 22
- Noon – Nothing: Boof is getting her teeth cleaned in the hopes that her breath won’t smell like ass anymore, so we are going to be getting to work late and leaving early.
- 5:30 p.m. – 80 Minute Heated Groove Power Yoga at GoYoga: I’m finally actually going to Anne’s Happy Hour class at GoYoga. It’s a little too early for me to get there every Friday, but since we are leaving early anyway, I can make it. Kelley’s going to join me. I think it’s going to be hard! But it’s heated, so at least I’ll be toasty!
