Workouts: July 23-27

Last week was a little weak with workouts.  I only did one double workout, whereas I usually do 2-3.  Oh well, life happens.  And this was totally worth missing a workout:

Monday
Noon
:  No lunch – we went to the hospital for the birth of our niece!  Lo’s sister and her husband had their first baby.  Baby and mom are doing great! 

Tuesday
Noon:  Vinyasa Yoga at Capital Club

Wednesday
Noon:  I did the 2nd week of the 100 Legs Challenge that I made up.  So squats were moved to the bottom and everything else was moved up one spot on the graphic below.  I wasn’t as sore the next day – I think I was so sore the first week because it had been weeks since I’d lifted legs.  I finished pretty quickly so I did 20 minutes on the elliptical afterwards.

Thursday:
Noon
:  Spinning at Capital Club

5:30 p.m.:  Vinyasa Yoga at Capital Club – she mixed things up in this class it and wasn’t as hard as usual.  I was ok with that because my stomach was bothering me before class.

Friday:  I intended to go to yoga but some stuff came up and I realized it was past the time I would have had to go.
